Hey knitters!
Last week we were in Berlin for some days. As you already know, in WE ARE KNITTERS we love Berlin. It is a city with an energy you only find over there.
This time we were in Germany because we were invited to attend the German Press Days. It was great to take part of it, thanks to our new PR agency. We had the chance to be their ‘special theme’, so we could teach everyone who felt like trying to knit!! It was really fun! At first everyone had its doubts, but once they tried for 5 minutes they couldn’t stop! The power of THE WOOL I guess 😉
We were sitting in this nice lounge thanks to Danish brand BoConcept. Mediterranean food was served by this cool chef coming from New York that is opening his first restaurant in Berlin, delicious!
We got to know journalists, stylists, bloggers. We had a really good feedback from all of them. So Germany: get ready to knit!
We also got the chance to get introduced to the ‘Movember’ world. We will publish a post very shortly all about it. We LOVED the idea!
We are very thankful to have been given this opportunity, so a big THANK YOU to Kristin, Vreni and all their team and everyone at the agency!! You already know, but you made us feel like we were at home!!

¡Hola knitters!
La semana pasada estuvimos unos días en Berlín. Como ya sabéis, en WE ARE KNITTERS nos encanta Berlín. Es una ciudad con una energía que sólo encuentras allí.
Esta vez estuvimos en Berlín ya que participamos en el Press Day alemán. Fue genial formar parte de él, gracias a nuestra nueva agencia de comunicación. Fuimos su ‘actividad especial’, así que enseñamos a tejer a todo aquel al que le apeteció. ¡Fue muy divertido! Al principio todos tenían dudas, pero una vez que lo probaban durante 5 minutos ¡no podían para! Será el poder de LA LANA, supongo 😉
Estuvimos enseñando en este lounge tan bien puerto gracias a la marca de interiorismo danes a BoConcept. La comida (mediterránea) la sirvió un chef neoyorquino sue acaba de abrir su primer restaurant en Berlín. Todo delicioso.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a periodistas, estilistas, blogueros, etc. Recibimos muy buen feedback de todos ellos así que…Alemania, ¡prepárate a tejer!
También nos introdujeron en el mundo de ‘Movember’. Haremos un post entero sobre eso dentro de muy poco. Nos encantó su iniciativa.
Estamos muy agradecidos de haber tenido esta oportunidad, así que MILLONES de gracias a Kristin, Vreni y todo su equipo!! Ya lo sabéis, pero conseguisteis que nos sintiéramos como en casa.
